Jason Peters just tore his achilles tendon.

That means the Philadelphia Eagles need a left tackle.

Were hearing the team is interested in bringing in free agent Max Starks, most recently of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Starks is 30 years old, injured and habitually out of shape. But hes a solid linemen.

Funny how he's insulted three times, and then called a good lineman.

I guess he is recovering from his injury fairly well then. I hope he goes to Philly and we can look forward, not backwards on improving the O line talent.

Welp, there goes the Steelers' chance of re-signing Starks somewhere down the road. Again. :chuckle:

We need to keep him, remember the line the first 4 games? Dont forget or overlook how much he improved the O line. He is recovering well and, if healthy, is likely the 2nd best O lineman we have. There is only going to be one starting quality O lineman in the draft that we will be able to get our hands on, two if we are lucky, so we are not in position to lose good O lineman and then replace them, we need to keep who we have and GROW on it.
