Everyone - Check out Jason Whitlock's article on espn.com where he predicts BALTIMORE and WASHINGTON to be in the SuperBowl this year. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If one of the 2 makes the playoffs, I would be surprised. Especially with BRUNELL and MCNAIR as the qb's. He actually claims Mcnair "solves Baltimore's qb dilemma(?)." HUH? Maybe until he gets hurt. Whatever - I thought you guys would get a kick out of the article. here's the link

This dude needs to put the crack pipe down fast and in a hurry. :headshake:
How about this brainstorm?

2. Ben Roethlisberger's motorcycle accident will negatively impact his performance this season.

Roethlisberger is supposed to be completely recovered by the start of the season. Great. I just have a hard time believing his mental recovery will be complete this season. He nearly died. Young people, especially young athletes, are emboldened by a sense of invincibility.

Roethlisberger's sense of indestructibility has been shattered. I can see his confidence suffering this season.

It seems he may be rubbing that crystal ball of his a little too hard. Can't wait to hear what his tarot cards say.

5. Joey Harrington is going to beat out Daunte Culpepper by midseason.

I think this guy says stuff just so people can say........"What is he thinking...He must be on drugs"....

I heard report out of Miami a few weeks ago that Joey Harrington was struggling and having a hard time running and picking up the Dolphins offense.

I don't think I could stand a Baltimore-Washington Superbowl...........that would be a fate worse than death. :crazy02:
Living in Redskin-land amongst the biggest Fairweather-Bandwagon Fanbase in the NFL .....and mixing that with an extreme hateful passion for the "Baltimore Browns" would make for an unbearable Superbowl.

Jason Whitlock is a fool.

8. Phillip Rivers is going to bomb in San Diego.

It's never a good idea to try to develop an inexperienced, weak-armed quarterback with a receiving corps led by a 36-year-old, well-past-his-prime receiver not named Jerry Rice. Keenan McCardell had a great season a year ago -- 70 receptions and a career-high nine touchdowns. He can't duplicate that year. Not at 36. And not with Rivers flinging floaters with his sidearm delivery. The Chargers don't have a reliable receiver to stretch the defense and provide all-world tight end Antonio Gates plenty of room to operate underneath. Rivers' weak arm and San Diego's mediocre receiving corps are going to clog running lanes for LaDainian Tomlinson.

Are you a ****ing idiot, man? You're basically saying that Rivers will fail becuase of a "weak arm" DESPITE Drew Brees succeding with an extremely weak arm. Gates doesn't need room underneath, he'll make room. He mentions LT ONCE in the whole thing, despite the fact that he IS our team. I can understand when people say that Philip may do bad becuase of inexperience but this is THE WORST article i've ever seen. I really hope this guy is writing this bull shit for shock value.

From what I've heard Page 2 on ESPN.com is primarily written for shock value more than anythin else. I wouldn't take it seriously.

It could happen but I think there is better chance of a monkey flying out of my butt then a Ravens/Redskins Super Bowl this year.
