No real surprises here.

Tom Brady as the elite and Carson Palmer as the up'n'comer.

I think Ben misses out on the up'n'comer because he has already 'arrived' with his post-season performances last year (excluding the SB of course)

Tom Brady or as I have referred to in the past as Pretty Boy...is defintely a good qb and smirking with the rest of his teammates over their "not dead yet" coach. Sorry, Nigel I had to get that in:)

Why does Kellen Winslow get picked as an "up-and-commer"
He hasnt done anything..........And i would take Heath miller over him anytime...

I agree with the article except I would say that Carson Palmer has already "arrived" also...In terms of elevated stats...I look for David Carr to have the biggest increase in stats..due to finally getting some semblence of an offensive line.
