What's up guys! No Brickyard Picks thread yet? You guys are slipping!

I'm going to go with Happy. If he can't win it, I'll be rooting for Jeff Burton to pull it off and get back in to Victory Lane.

11th Top 5 of season.....another great run. I'll take a 2nd place finish anyday.

Can you imagine if there were a commercial break after almost every down during an NFL game?
And then they let the teams continue playing during the commercial breaks?

No need to be sorry, he's still a good guy and he hasn't been caught cheating.

Neither has Jimmie.

Oh right, the theory that the driver doesn't know what the crew chief is doing.

It's ok though. Johnson will choke just like he always does and finish 4th or 5th this season.

We don't need to see.....you know it's going to happen.

Johnson is a corporate stiff. A robot who has helped suck the soul out of NASCAR. He's a so prepackaged he makes the N'Sync look like a garage band. I'd be shocked if he has a thought in hsi head that wasn't put there by Big Daddy Hendrick or Jeff Gordon.

Actually, I don't know that "it's" going to happen. I truly believe Jimmie will be the 2006 Nextel Cup Champion.

I thought you were done w/NASCAR like 3, 4 or 5 races ago...(lol).

Based on what? His stellar performace in the last 10 races over his career. He's a choker. A pretty boy with no sould who's out there to sell hats and t-shirts for owner. Jimmie Johnson is what's wrong with NASCAR.

What exactly is that word? Jimmie is pretty hot, huh? And damn, he's won some great big races this year. :sofunny:

It's been fun, Jeremy, but I gotta fly. You know... Work.

I hope that's a comfort when Matt Kenseth is celebrating his second title in Miami.
