Yeah, this is the team I've been waiting all year to see. They didn't disappoint me. Still a little rough around the edges with some penalties, but oh well.

really it shouldn't have been as close as it was. some bad calls from the officials and a bone headed fg fake by tomlin.

but a win's a win, I'll take it.

Hey some very questionable calls but the team held together especially the defense, Ben and the OL did a great job late. We failed to take complete advantage of our great ST play tonite though. I will relish this win for a few days.

The second half defense was amazing. Like, what I've been waiting for the defense to look like all year, and it finally happened today.

#1 D again - 262 YPG. Starting to hit our stride. Great receivers. Very good backs, Great QB. Excellent TE. The line is serviceable to decent. Let's roll.

I hope Rainey lives.

Was a great game but at a cost, whats the word on AB & Rainey?

AB prolly just rolled his ankle, I'm less optimistic that rainey will be back next week though, looked like broken ribs to me judging by how much pain he was in.

The Giants only managed 6 legitimate points. This defense looked absolutely dominate and guys stepped up all around. I honestly think that the calls going against the Steelers just pissed them off and ultimately resulted in them standing on their heads. Manning couldn't do anything all day, completing 42% of his passes and Cruz was rattled and scared early on.

This defense is starting to come together.

Also, the amount of times Woodley is held every single game is beyond ridiculous.

So pumped about the way the team played today. First few weeks I was worried about our defense, well towards the end of today's game I was quite confident in them. Woodley got some key pressure on Eli when it counted. Keenan Lewis has stepped up big time and is a nice compliment to Ike, Will Allen and Clark are playing solid ball.

Redman ran with a purpose and Emmanuel Sanders showed why he's the best #3 WR in the NFL. Refs tried to screw us, but no matter, we rained on the Giants' parade and it feels damn good.

Hope Rainey's alright as he was a big factor in special teams. It did look like he had some kind of rib/sternum/chest issue. Brown should be okay, just a rolled ankle.

BTW, glad to be a part of the discussion here, been a long time lurker and tonight's win got me so fired up I had to register.

yea - let's hope we can keep that health arrow pointing in the right direction

I wouldn't force Rainey back at all for next week and if Brown is ok, I'd still be cautious as hell with him. Selfishly, I don't want Brown to be too rusty for the Ravens game.

Brown will be fine. Rainey burst his spleen and his career is over. Thats sad. He had a lot going for him.
