Yeah I suppose it is. I love romping on the pedal but I'm smart enough to do it in places where I know the police aren't around. Just commuting to work and what not I don't really speed too often and if I do it's five over and most officers will tell you they'll leave you alone as long as all you're doing is five over. I also happen to work in Corrections so I've gotten out of a couple speeding tickets through professional courtesy though on both occasions I made it clear that I'd take the ticket because I got caught and the officer just refused to give me one.

Yeah yeah. Sorry but I don't buy cars on team color preference alone. Red is a lot easier to keep clean than black.

No it does not run on corn either smart asses. LoL

Galax - It's deceptively fast for a bigger body car. Not sure what the top speed is on it, I saw a youtube video the other day and the person who posted had his going 130mph, not sure if he topped it out. My RAM had the same 5.7L engine putting out 390hp, when I punched it it got up and went but compared to the Charger I don't even think it's a competition. I've punched it once or twice and the Charger will plant you into the back of your seat.

Lady Steel - Thanks!

Thanks! I gotta ask are you a big fan of Top Gear. Can't get enough of that show. A lot of people think Clarkson, Hammond, and May are Anti-American. I see their jokes about as purely as satire. I will say the British version of Top Gear is much better than the American one.

I've managed to avoid any trouble so far. I kind of baby it. Every once and awhile I hammer on it. I have noticed that my gas mileage has dwindled a bit, probably because I like listening to the Magnaflow exhaust coming out of 3" resonator-less tailpipes!

Wow. You shined that bad boy up beautifully.

Thanks man. Yeah I spent a lot of time over the summer keeping her clean. Soon as spring hits next year she'll be getting a full on detailing job. Wash, claybar, polish, and wax. It takes a lot of work to get them looking right.

I am a big fan of Top Gear.

Though they are no strangers to controversy, apart from some Americans, they have also upset some Mexicans, Romanians, Germans, Polish, Muslims, and many others.

But can people who try to turn Combine Harvesters into Snow Ploughs really be taken seriously?

Or cars into boats, or caravans into trains... lol. Some people are just way too overly sensitive.

Some are over sensitive, and some just don't understand the tone and sense of humour of the show.

It is like when Jeremy Clarkson made that advert for the VW Scirocco, showing seens of mass panic and evacuation, and finished with the line "From Berlin to Warsaw in one tank."

Some Polish and Germans were offended by it. But some Polish laughed, and made this response, which made me chuckle.

It is clear to me that Jeremy Clarkson presents himself on TV as a kind of inverse caricature. A bit like Al Murray, the Pub Landlord, or Alf Garnett, where the real butt of his jokes and capers is himself.

James May did a documentary on the Apollo Missions, and in the process managed to engineer himself meetings with Apollo astronauts, and a flight on a U2 spy plane.

Richard Hammond is an overt muscle car fan, and has owned a '69 Charger R/T, a '67 Mustang GT 390, and a 2008 Challenger SRT-8.

He is also a bit of a newbie at NASCAR.
