How can you win the rushing title when your team passes on every down?

Well, hes stroking the guy off so hard, he wont need to carry it 300 times a season... he will avg 8 yards per carry because hes so damn good.

TRH

Belichick owning everybody in the draft

get off your high horse and go back home.

Their draft is GOOD - but its nowhere near Baltimore's, Cincy's, and some others. I wouldn't trade my draft so far for yours, either. Quit kissing Belichik's ass - he puts his pants on 2 legs at a time too.

White_Steel_Wolfe
04-26-2013, 08:39 PM
If you wanna crown him, then crown his ass! But Lacy still has not carried the ball at the NFL level, and none of us really have any idea as to how good any player in this draft will be at this point.

Lacy > Peterson!

CROWNED HIS ASS :rofl::rofl:

Okay maybe that was going too far...

well I knew this draft was going to generate massive amounts of debates

Lets hope we get back to taking BPA at 32 sooner rather then later

Well, the rb run at the end of the 2nd tells us Bell would not have made it to us in 3rd

lloydwoodson
04-26-2013, 08:39 PM
Lacy is a day 1 starter for Green Bay. NFL Rookie OPOY is Lacy, Austin or Hopkins. They are in the best positions to succeed. Hell I will even throw Bell in the mix if the Steelers offensive line finally comes together.

TRH
04-26-2013, 08:40 PM
Dude, don't get all fucking pissy because people don't agree that Lacy is the best RB in the draft class. Several NFL teams didn't believe it either. We get it. You'd rather have Lacy than Bell. That's cool, I respect that.

I don't AGREE with it, but I respect it. I'm happy with our pick. You can keep that "sheep" bullshit to yourself.

i don't agree either. Lacy's OK, but i'm super happy we got Bell, who i feel is the better back without question.

Huge run on RBs. No way Bell would have lasted until R3.

Does that make some of us feel better?

The Steelers were absolutely going RB, and as it looks now, they wouldn't have had many left in R3. They wanted Bell; they got Bell... and, he would not have been there in R3.

That's a big IF. Hell, if our line comes together, we'll be in great shape. If not, Ben will play 13 games this year, and lacy will be lucky to reach 400 yards, just like Lacy would if we had drafted him. :tt03:

The offensive line has 2 1st round picks and 2 2nd round picks on it (and Adams would have been a first).

How many more draft picks should be spent on the offensive line?

NFL COMPARISON Antonio Brown
BOTTOM LINE In 2012, Wheaton became the Beavers' all-time leader in receptions. Wheaton used his track speed to break off long runs from short routes and get behind defenders for big plays. Wheaton isn't solely limited to the slot, and he will likely find himself as a first or second round selection due to his ability to test defenses horizontally and vertically.

Who would complain? Brown and Sanders have had success might as well add the exact same player. You can never have too much of a good thing.

3 of the same running back + 3 of the same wide receiver = 20th ranked offense every year baby!

Off the field issues. Has been suspended multiple times for failed drug tests and was suspended one game his junior year for breaking team rules. He claims the second failed drug test that lead to his four game suspension to start last season was due to eating brownies that unbeknownst to him were laced with pot. How he answered questions about that at the combine will be a key consideration for where teams place him on their draft boards.
