just watching the NFL Channel and as we know Ward is still having hamstring trouble Adam Schefter is reporting that Ward will probably not be playing in the season opener against Miami. I would rather have Ward held out until that hammy is healthy if rushed back to soon it could be disastrous. Hamstrings are so temperamental.

We'll see....Schefter jumps the gun constantly...and is often wrong....

I did say that it would be best if they leaked a few reports that he wouldn't be ready until week 2 or 3.
That way, if he returns before then he can be thought of as being 'ahead of schedule' - psychologically it would make sense.

I hope not since I'm coming from Fl to see him play in the opener :smile: :bouncy:

Not a big deal.(...)...Washington will start in place of Hines and it will let hines get healthy for down the streatch

and Cedric.. time for him to continue where he left off last year.. I CAN"T WAIT TILL TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haven't gotten to see them since the bowl and i'm Jones'n.. I moved to the oregon coast and now all i see is them darn sea chickens.. Thank God for the ticket :)

This is also the same guy that "broke" the Staley on the trading block story if I recall correctly?
Last I heard, Ward won't be playing the next two preseason games. Then we will take it from there....
