OK, I thought this up while making variations on the pork chop & stuffing recipe. It works pretty well.

That would be,

Stuffing Pot Pie Dish

6 chicken breasts
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
6 serving amount of Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup

Preheat oven to 350*

Layer the chicken breasts in a large baking dish. Make the stuffing mix on top of the stove, according to directions. Mix the 2 cans of soup and the bag of vegetables in with the stuffing and spoon it on top of the chicken breasts. Bake for 1 hour.

Serves 6. This is pretty good. My family really scarfed it down.
