Batch? Maybe short term, but not long term IMO. Maddox is our best chance if Ben's injury is severe.

yeah we need maddox in if ben is out for awhile cause batch sucks, hopefully nothing is serious with ben

I don't think Batch can do it. (I hope I am totally wrong).

I wish Maddox was healthy so that he can get the game ball if Rothlesburger is out. Maddox can definately lead the team successfully in Ben's absene.

What about Randel-El??? I'd pick him over Batch. That definately is a major shift in the offense. With the Bus back and Parker still going strong, with Staley and Haynes to back them up, I think there might be options.

This situation sucks. I was feeling bad for the jets, never thinking it would happen to us!!!

We got the Jags up next, so if it's bad or semi bad, Batch will have time to work w/ the first team to get some timing down..

The jags are going to be tough enough with having Ben in the game.. If Batch does play, he better earn his paycheck!!

Yes it does suck.

Batch probably has more rust on him than the hull of the Titanic and when Maddox is healthy he's as about as mobile as a three toed sloth.
Either one of those guys are mediocre at best.

Should Ben be gone for a significant amount of time of the season then the Steelers are in trouble. Let's just keep hopeing his injury isn't serious and he's back ASAP!!
