sausage smores
Saw this one on BBQ U.

Grill up some sumer sausage rounds cut around 1/4" thick.
Melt on some pepperjack cheese and sundried tomato (use banana peppers or jalapeno if you like some heat too)
Then sandwich it between some italian bread, lightly grilled with olive oil brushed on it.

Basically looks like a mini sandwich done on the grill. easy for tailgating.

Wow, that's sound excellent. I'll definately give it a try during this upcoming season.

I'm going to use Italian sausage and go with the banana peppers on some mancini's bread.

Thanks for the recipe El-Gonzo Jackson.

I've heard of Turducken (Duck, stuffed in Chicken, stuffed in Turkey)

What the heck is Tofurkey??

Another favorite of mine is take some Jalapeno's, cut them in half and de-seed them. Then just put some olive oil, salt, pepper in them and melt some jack or provolone in them on the grill. (could add some salsa on too) Spicy cheese poppers always make me thirsty for some beer.!!
