Over this past week on November 4, 2005 my friend brittany gilbert,16 was killed.I live in lebanon Pa and if u go to ldnews.com and go to obituraries on november 8th...it even says in there(in her obituarie that she was an avid steelers fan). all she wanted was for the steelers to win the super bowl so i hope we can win won to honor her because she had everything imaginable from the steelers except th at one superbowl ring....think about it she was only 16...im 15 n love the steelers but shes dead at 16..so think about it

I don't know the story, but I have lost friends that were close to me... and I wish you and her family the best...

I'm very sorry for your loss. A few years back a family friend who was 16 as well died. Very difficult to deal with the death of someone so young let alone someone close. My thoughts and prayers are with you, her family, and friends.

I had my high school best friend commit suicide about 3 years ago, the day after my birthday... so I know where ur coming from man.. it really sux, and Im very sorry for your loss!

As a father, I cant even start to imagine what here parents are going through. I really don`t know what to say. This is so much more than just another Steelers thread, I wish the family, you and all her friends the best.

Sorry for your loss. That has to be really hard to deal with I could not even begin to imagine nor do I want to. I am sorry for you, her friends and family.
