Ham Barbecue Pittsburgh Style
Unfortunately, this is was what Pittsburgher's called barbecue until they started to import the real thing from Texas, North Carolina, and Memphis.
Take any sort of sliced, chipped or shaved ham (preferrably boiled)
Warm up the ham
Mix up some Heinz Ketchup with some sweet pickle relish
Pile up ham on a plain white hamburger bun
Slop the kethup-relish mixture on top
