Was the Rose Bowl the greatest college game ever ?
 

After listening to espn radio this evening alot of media are touting the 2006 Nat. Champ. game as the greatest college football game ever ?

It was one helluva game, there is no doubt I watched every single minute of it.

I'm a staunch Irish fan so it pains me a little to say this but the Miami vs Ohio state national championship game in 02 was as good or better! 2ots IMO....Or the Nebraska vs Miami national championship.....that game came down to the 2pt convs.....Pretty good also

Agreed the best game I have ever seen in my lifetime. This years rose bowl was exciting but to me there was no defense.

I'll go along with the Miami-Ohio State game as well with the '06 Rose Bowl in second place.

It's not THE best ever...I think the OSU/Cryami game was (and yes,I am biased,lol) but this is definatly Top 3 or Top 5.

In my mind it wasn't this was maybe 3rd. The Best Was The Orange Bowl. That was a hell of a game. WVU/Georgia Was 2nd.

There were more good close well played bowl games this year than I can remember in a long time!
