Franco Harris Spelling Error...
 

About 4 years ago i bought a Mcfarlane Franco Harris NFL Legends figure... cost me about $15 bucks...

it wasn't until just a week ago that i noticed The word on the package Pittsburgh... MISSPELLED... !!!!! :chuckle: if u look closely ... it reads PITTSBUGH... the R is missing.

i thought it was funny and looked it up..... turns out it was an error obviously.. caught early in production of this figure.

Wow I would say you have an expensive piece there with the mispelling on it.

i JUST checked my Franco Harris figure after reading this post and mine is spelled correctly...but...i can clearly tell that there is a sticker over what was probably the mispelled section of the cardboard casing behind the plastic shell! haha!

so, mine was probably a misspell, but they caught wind of it and covered it up. which is nice since i'm anal about crap like that. but it'd be cool if it was misspelled because it's also autographed. so, it'd be worth some money for sure. ha!
