Prayers for my mom
 

Never thought I would wake up one morning to my mom crying and telling me its bad its bad after a doctors visit. My mom has two tumors in her brain that have cancer and are growing. This has not even been a month and im a wreck daily.

Tomorrow is her first of many surgerys at 7AM EST to remove what they can of the tumors. After that goes to Kemo and Radiation.

My mom is 58 years old and has lived honestly the most perfect healthiest life anyone could live. Never a health problem ever and is a frequent hiker, camper, and runner at this age.

I love my mom with the world and seeing her cry everyday and being at college to not help kills me and breaks my heart in 2. I love her and I just want this all to go away.

So sorry about your Mom. Keep the faith. There are many, including on the board, who have beat these types of things.

Mom had her surgery today all went well. They removed 3/4 of the largest one and the small one couldn't be touch so next step is to use radiation on the rest.

Thoughts and prayers are with you.

On a positive note I have an old classmate that went thru similar last year and is progressing well. Not out of the woods, but heading in the right direction.

It CAN be beaten. Keep the faith.
