The Pittsburgh Steelers placed quarterback Ben Rothlisberger and backup Charlie Batch on the inactive list for Sunday night's game, leaving third-stringer Dennis Dixon as the starter against the Baltimore Ravens. Rothlisberger sustained a concussion late in last Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs when his head struck the knee of linebacker Derrick Jackson.
