As of right now.........

Italian sausage, homemade pasta, green peppers and onions.

Italian hoagie roll.

Meat and cheese tray.

Pasta salad.

Chips, pretzels and dip.

Few bottles of red, liquor, a case of Iron City, a case of Negra Modelo, case of Red Stripe and a case of New Castle.

That's about it so far. There will be more when friends arrive I'm sure.

Up here in the frozen white north, I am keeping the Pittsburgh tradition alive by making my OWN pierogies!!!

We are having:

Kielbassa and Saur Kraut
Pierogies (homemade!!)
Deviled Eggs (with extra black olives on top...black and gold BABY!!)
Black Tortilla Chips with Con Queso (BLACK AND GOLD!!!)
Pretzels and Mustard Dip (wish I could find BLACK pretzels!)

In La Crosse, WI, I cannot get "Arn" so I am going to have to go with the local brew...Oh well... almost perfect!

HEERRREEE WEEEE GOOOO STEEEEEELLLEERRRS!!!!

Should we go with the Roast beef and Rock, the left over horse and Dego' Red from 2weeks ago or I got a great recipe for stomped, beatin and stuffed Sea Chicken w/ white wine....

Hard to choose..
