Ive always like the Rhein Fire myself.. but I dont follow it all that much. I watch where the Steelers send players, and try to catch those games though when I can.

NFL Network (Channel 25 in Buffalo) airs some games....Ones on at 8:00 P.M tonight....I like following it from time to time....Get to see washed up players like Akili Smith face young guns like Sweetness' son
