God Bless America, We Will NOT Hear The End Of It!!! Re: Bobby Jr.
Who's choking on crow dung besides me??????
OUCH!!!! Not a fun day to be a Steelers Fan ESPECIALLY getting clocked by our hated rivals. Oh hell, they didn't win that game...we beat ourselves. :banging::banging::banging::mad::mad::mad: Now then, let us learn from this game and NEVER repeat it!! A VERY Disappointed Cap :-( |

Bobby's team played well today. He has reason to gloat as much as we tell him to shut up when the Steelers win.
I can take it. Bring it on Bobby. |

yeah, I give the Ravens credit, they played a good game and won. That being said, the Steelers did nothing to win the game. No plays on defense, and little on offense.

to my surprise, bobby hasn't been gloating and actually has been acting classy about the win so far. i expected the opposite

The Ravens earned the win. It sucks losing to a hated rival but if it's going to happen better early where we can learn from mistakes and move on rather than what the Ravens do which is lose to us in critical mid-season games and playoff games. I am not happy at all with the way today's game played out but I am hoping the Ravens perhaps woke a sleeping giant too.

The past Ravens frustrations, all those close playoff losses, Ben always beating Flacco..... that appears to be history now. The Ravens rebuilt the team in the off season, Tomlin had reason to worry about all those Ravens changes. Getting rid of fan favorites like Heap and Mason was painful but necessary. The Ravens have become younger, quicker. The Steelers looked like an old team out there today. Many of the changes the Ravens made were for the specific purpose of matching up better with the Steelers and being able to beat their rivals. I feel like a weight is lifted off the Ravens shoulders and the shoulders of all Ravens fans. The era of the Steelers domination of this division is likely over. The era of Ben dominating Flacco is over. Flacco looked far the superior QB today. The Ravens sent a message to all the NFL today. There is a new team to beat. |

At any rate, that was a hell of a showing...and you have every right to be proud of them. Hopefully we see a real game next time. :chuckle: |

If you are a student of history, you should learn to not declare "eras" based on one win ... even one season... As a Steeler fan, I know that we can be sooooo good at the beginning of the year and then end in a wimper (2009) and be so crappy and end with a bang (2005). Ravens played well today. We'll see you again, later. |
