thats who i was thinking of, but it appears rogers new record includes 400 yds passing along with the 6 td's.
pretty sure kordell never did that. |

1) Ernie Nevers of the Chicago Cardinals vs. the Chicago Bears in 1929.
2) Dub Jones of the Cleveland Browns vs. the Chicago Bears in 1951. 3) Gale Sayers of the Chicago Bears vs. the San Francisco 49ers in 1965. Read more: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_th...#ixzz1ZqqXs6k7 |

I'm just glad I had him on my fantasy team.

i really wanna hate him for beating the steelers in the SB but i finally came to grips in the preseason and admitted to myself that he was deserving of all the hype he was getting. he has amazing zip on the ball. i'd say they have a better chance to repeat than anyone has in the past 15 years (and i include elway broncos, warner rams, and brady patriots in that group). its hard to discount a capers defense. |
Re: A. Rogers breaks record with 6 tds...
I Drafted rodgers, picked up manning in round 7, threw him on the IR and grabbed stafford of FA, dunno how he was there but he was. Dropped Manning this week.

Re: A. Rogers breaks record with 6 tds...
can i be in your league? in my league warner and brady were both available as FA signings (in their 1st season starting, which also happened to be their 1st SB appearances) but that lasted all of 3 weeks.
stafford is the sure starter and has kinda proven what he can do when healthy. |
