Offensive line looked good

I thought Adams played pretty well, although he did have help from Miller, he still held his own.

Ben took his sacks, but he did have a lot of time against a strong Cincy pass rush. Running game had holes opening up, Colon seems to finally be settling down at guard.

on another note, that Van Dyke guy on special teams is really pissing me off, he's been flagged almost twice as much as many games he's played in, what's up with that?

i agree, the line looked good and opened up holes. i love Pouncy but have noticed no drop off at all when he is not out there. Adams had some nice blocks and seems like he is getting better every week

They played NASTY!! Love it when Colon (it was him wasn't it?) kept driving what-his-name into the ground after he'd already been pancaked. Like he was trying to bury him LOL

Colon looked great and played with some extra attitude, even for him. Adams seems to be improving on every snap. Major props to Legs, basically no drop off from Pouncey.

Imagine what DD will bring to this line, his ability to pull and his attitude will bring them to a whole other level. Hopefully they will be a cohesive unit quickly after he emerges.

Adams does fine as long as they help him out. When he has to go at it alone, so to speak, he tends to get flattened. We just need to keep the training wheels on him until he can come up to speed. I do think he'll get it down eventually, though.

Re: Offensive line looked good

if Adams' passion for being a part of his hometown team is true, and his work-ethic is there, there is no reason he can' develop into at least a solid, reliable vet ala Max Starks - that fella doesn't get enough credit IMO. How many times has he come back to mitigate damage to the blind side now?

That was funny. I rewound that 3 times.
