Football on Fox

Does anyone else hate watching ball games on Fox TV?

The games always seem to be at a distance and on a bad angle
and I have to get closer to the tv to see the game clearly.:mad:

I think they do a horrible job with their camera's.

I agree. Not big on Fox games though their stuido team isn't bad but part of that may be because they have Terry B. The stupid robot annoys me. Anyhow, next game is a CBS one.

Fox tries to be edgy with its camera angles (e.g. - the 2 boxes on the screen of the QB and the formation) - the standard TV shot is from the sideline showing offense and defense - Fox sees that as an option rather than recognizing there is a reason that is the angle that has been used for over 50 years for a reason

Fox did the same crap with bizarre camera angles when it used to do ACC basketball on Sunday nights - that also sucked
