Steelers notebook: Brown, Polamalu out

Receiver Antonio Brown, his injured ankle still badly swollen, remained out of practice Wednesday as the Steelers began practicing for the Ravens.

Safety Troy Polamalu (calf), linebacker Chris Carter (abdomen), right tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle), defensive end Brett Keisel (shoulder), left tackle Max Starks (ankle) and Ben Roethlisberger (multiple) also sat out.

Such a long list isn’t uncommon during the week after a Monday night game.

Rashard Mendenhall fully participated, meaning the Steelers could have their top three running backs healthy against the Ravens

o-line and running game need to help Byron out

The Ravens and their awfully annoying fans have a ton of bluster after blowing out the Raiders "Who we didn't beat de derp"

I really just want this win so they can go take their purple flags off their cars, you know, the normal routine for Ravens fans after they realize their team might not get the division afterall. They tend to be bandwagoners

Rollerskates Scott is too busy scrubbing Suggs floors and washing his car.

Starks is just off so that he can protect the left side of Ben's hospital bed.

Short week, only had one day off before practice. All hands will be on deck unless they're busy holding dangling ribs in place.
