4th or 5th wr plays ST, not much expections to the rule. I bet if someone goes down, and Hines is out there we may see him back.

But keep inmind not only was he a 4th or 5th guy this year, he rarely practiced with the team. So in all fairness the kids gloves need to come off and everyone treated equal. Hines has been breaking down and it was time.
