Kugs is rapidly becoming one of my favorite coaches on the team. Anybody that can get any production at all out of stiffs like Scott, Essex, and Kemoeatu, should be a candidate for the hall.
As for Colon moving to guard, one of the most important thing you need is explosion of the ball, not Mr. Colon's strong suit. I'm pretty sure most of those illegal motion penalties are due to his obsession with getting out of his stance quickly.
I'm afraid with him at guard you are going to see a lot of late blocks, bad angles, and leverage out of him. If that's want you want, you may as well put Essex in there.
