Getty ImagesThe pace of rookie signings has been fast this offseason, and the final push is getting underway this morning.
The Lions reached a contract agreement
with first-round pick Riley Reiff
, according to Tim Twentyman of the Lions’ official website. He’ll report to camp with the rest of their rookies today.
According to the slotted salary system, Reiff will get a four-year deal worth $7.993 million.
Going into the final days of offseason (for which the Lions should be grateful), there are now just 24 unsigned draft picks, including nine more first rounders.
