As far as the run game, patience with the run may end up paying off. Ordinarily, I would say "Don't worry so much - slow and steady wins the race!" and ordinarily, that would likely be the case. But for that to work, you need an effective D. I haven't seen that so far this season. It's still early - but we'll see.
As last week's game proved - dominating the time of possession (usually a good indicator of which team will win) means jack shit if your D is letting the other team score in less than two minutes.
Having a signature is overrated.
