I think Mendy is just a beefier version of Parker.
He's much better off-tackle but not really built for up the gut.
Redman is solid through the line but needs to stop "spinning" (or at least spin the other way once in a while instead of always to his right).
Dwyer is still raw, but he's the most "Bus-like" back we've had since The Bus himself and I think if Haley really wants a solid, power running game, he could do it with Dwyer as a Tailback and Johnson as a Fullback and then go back and find a bunch of plays from Jerome's era and run them.
Keep Redman to both spell Dwyer and to use for 2-gap runs or tight off-tackle plays and use Mendy as an off-tackle runner and as a pass-catcher out of the backfield,
