Romney, Obama tied at 48 percent
WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama and Republican rival Mitt Romney were tied at 48 percent among likely voters, a United Press International poll released Friday indicated.
The results of the UPI-CVoter poll marked the third straight day the two candidates were tied as Election Day approaches.
Obama's favorability rating stayed at 49 percent and his disapproval rating dropped 1 percentage point to 45 percent.
The U.S. economy's malaise remained the top concern of voters, with 49 percent saying it is the biggest issue facing the nation
