If we let James go over money, expect to see him getting double digit sacks and strengthening NE's defense. And God forbid he gets to play us.
From last year to this year his compensation basically doubled and continues to rise next year and in 2014 by about another $1M per year. This contract was built for the Steelers to have an out after 2011. James is starting to get it going, but not to the $6.6M level in base salary at age 35.
