Very true. Also no offense to Ken Whisenhunt. He is a very good coach. But Tom Brady had Charlie Weiss as his offensive cordinator. Now credit has to go to Brady. Coaching alone won't make you a great player. But Weiss is the best offensive mind in football today in my opinion. I hate Notre Dame but seeing what Brady Quinn did with only one year with Charlie proves to me what an impact coaching can have on a player.
