Post Traumatic Steelers Disorder: A neurological pathology common among canine males, usually brought on by watching the Steelers drop more balls than their vet. While dangerous immediately after a loss and occasionaly showing symptoms of cantankerous Lady Steel, the disease usually takes care of itself when Steelers hang onto their balls.
