Well, unless you're 'murrica. Seems to me some states don't seem to agree with the federal gov't on things like marijuana laws, marriage laws, gun laws, abortion laws, etc.

Other countries don't have Constitutions defining individual states rights? That'd be my guess.

Like I said, I (usually) agree with federal laws when they are powers delegated to them by the Constitution...but that's where it ends for me.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause and effect, but actually from a non-linear non-subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey...stuff.
