It will. In fact, I think they'll be playing in the Championship game, so it will be a guarantee after the divisional round.
The Texans are fading, the Ravens are really fading, the Colts are the beneficiary of a last place schedule and are still a couple years away, and the Bengals just aren't that good.

03-06 were 4 avg. QB's in the NFC with McNabb being the most accomplished, but none of the 4 were able to win.
