You shouldn't have to give players at this level more incentives to want it more - but, something has to be changed in focusing their efforts in the offseason - the same ol' isn't working both in discipline and coaching them up - also, inspiring players goes a helluva long way over talent, as we've witnessed this past season.

They didn't expect Spaeth to be such a douche also - although, I have a feeling we're drafting at least 1-2 every draft now
