If Lattimore can work hard in his rehab and get back to even just 80-90% of what he was pre-injury he could be a franchise RB. Obviously if he was never injured he probably would have been a top-16 pick. I'm just worried a lot of other teams have the same mindset of "draft Lattimore late" and somebody will wind up drafting him in the second or third anyway.
I agree: draft, rehab (with the new IR exemption rule), and play him at the end of the season.
Too many teams have needs. A team with lots of picks is the most likely landing spot. Alas, that means the Taperiots.
