I think the draft is a viable option for a WR. Though I believe the team will not take a WR in the first round, they may do the usual and attempt to find a diamond in the rough. Like it has been mentioned above, the Steelers are never big players in the FA market. Bringing Mike Wallace back is an option, but I guess it depends on the price. Steelers should have a little more cap room since some of their 2012-2013 cap was consumed with buyouts players they cut or released - Hines Ward, Chris Kemoeatu, James Farrior, etc.
