You don't pay one man 100+ million dollars to a long-term deal to be told what to do. You tell him to go win the game. It's been widely known that Troy has every freedom the other 10 don't have in LeBeau's defense because of his abilities far above those around him.
Stability is one thing, but Ben's input MUST be heard for us to succeed.
It's time to give the keys to Ben. A franchise QB doesn't come by often.
