The Steelers aren't an old team anymore. Three of the four starters in the secondary are in their 30's; three of the the 18 starters on the rest of the team are in their 30's. Six of 22 starters in their 30's is not old. In fact, the average age of the starters on offense is just a hair over 25, which has to be among the youngest in the NFL.

Keep Ben Roethlisberger, Heath Miller, Lawrence Timmons and LaMarr Woodley, and complement them with young, cheap talent.
