It would be a better system. Hands down. All anyone does is complain about the terrible refereeing (which needs fixed whether or not they implement this system), and how reviews take up too much time. Well, this will be quicker and easier on the refs.

I know we all hate Goodell. If you think he's going to be in the review booth every Sunday playing God, I don't know what to tell you. There's no way either one of us can prove that he will be or won't be. Almost all NHL fans hate Bettman...but I've never heard them bash the review center in Toronto.

I'm just basing my opinion on what I know works well in another sport that is also fast paced.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause and effect, but actually from a non-linear non-subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey...stuff.
