agreed. actually i think they should have an entire team of refs in a booth , each looking from a different camera angles at the same time. every penalty should be looked at. i'd even give them the power to call in penalties missed on the field.
they usually have what 40 -50 seconds from the time one play ends (at the whistle) till the next snap ? if every angle is being monitored in real time all the time , it shouldn't take long to deliberate.
if a system like this were in place years ago, we wouldn't have been bitching about james harrison being held every play...
