Well I guess it official, I`m 40. I hate the sound of it!

Thanks everyone! I hope to continue on just the same way that I always have. My surprise B-Day party was last weekend. over 140 friends and family, we had a blast. I`ve been looking at my friends that are over 40, and wondering if I look as old as they do?? I still have a full head of brown hair. I workout atleast 3 0r 4 days a week, more if time allows. I`m actually 42 lbs lighter now than when it was my 37th birthday. I`m ready to rock!
