I disagree with most. I feel Cowher should have been fired several years ago. He has proven that he is a second tier coach. Another Marty Shotenhiemeror Dan reeves a guy that can almost get the job done but not quite take it all the way. I say fire him as soon as possible he has had more chances than a cat whichis suppose to have 9 lives. He has had every thing that he has asked for from the frnchise and still hasn't delivered. Time for a change.
