No Bake Banana Pudding
4 Large Bananas (you can use more if you like-some like more fruit)
1 large box instant vanilla puddding
3 cups cold milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large carton of non-dairy whipped topping (such as Cool-Whip)
1-2 boxes vanilla wafers (you may not use them all...but I like to get two just in case)
In a large bowl, mix the milk and vanilla pudding together until well blended and let it set for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then fold in the whipped topping and the condensed milk until the mixture has a creamy consistency (should look like a cake batter).
In a large pan (I usually use a 9x13) layer the vanilla wafers, then the sliced bananas, then the pudding mixture. You should finish with a layer of vanilla wafers at the top.
Place the banana pudding in the refrigerator and let it set for 8 hours (or preferably overnight).
ENJOY!
