I`m sure all the teams are about the same.
My doctors office has a chart. And for someone my height 6', I should weigh around 172 lbs. Come on I would be anorexic. I believe that I am in pretty good shape physically. I lift weights 4 to 5 days a week. I do cardio at least three days a week. I eat very clean. Protein 50% Carb 30% and Heathy Fats 20%. I also drink roughly 2.5 gal, of water daily. And I weigh around 210. These charts are ridiculous. These athletes are in great shape. With maybe an exception for the BUS.
