If you like kielbassa (personally, I don't, but I make this for Steelers parties), here's a great recipe for Pittsburgh Kielbasa which is fast and very easy!
One pound kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch coins
One can (12 ounces) Iron City Beer
One jar chili sauce (I use Heinz - what else? LOL!)
One small can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup brown sugar
Kielbasa: Pour beer into a large skillet. Bring to a simmer and add kielbasa pieces. Cook sausage for three minutes per side. Drain. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce: Mix the chili sauce, crushed pineapple and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
