Holmes, Gildon, Lloyd, etc. All have been later pics than you'd think for thier success. Credit out scouting dept for finding guys like this. LB's cant just step in, in year 1 anyways and make an impact. It takes a couple years to learn the 3-4 in and out to play it correctly..so no matter who we get, it'll be a project of some degree
