I am writing a book on our beloved city -- but a very hip and personalized version. I plan to include a Pgh. recipe section, so if you have a treat that just screams Da Burgh, please send it to me! Your work and name will be published for all yinzers to see! You may include recipes from this forum -- I just didn't want to go through and steal them without author permission.
P.S. Any photographs, written essays/ poems/ etc. are more than welcome! Tell your friends!
