The largest halibut I've ever caught to date was 120 lbs, but that was a lightweight compared to this guy's 280-pounder.
Now that's the "Barn Door" that I'd love to catch!!! 120 lbs. sounds good to me! Any difference in flavor or texture of the fillet?
